3. AROC Report
On entering the AROC reporting, you are presented with the following view.
This view can be broken into 3 main areas:
Date Range Filter
Authority/Group Filter
AROC Data Display Grid
3.1. Date Range Filter
The date range filter can be used to select defaults based on years or the slider can be used to select larger or smaller ranges.
The two light blue boxes display the currently selected date ranged, the dark blue buttons can be used to select a range based on the full calander year.
Beneath this you can use the range slider to select a range of months from the presented range. Click and drag the handles at the ends of the range to adjust the selection.
3.3. Fetching Data
Once a group has been selected, click the Fetch button to request the data from the server. Once the data has been fetched, the Fetch button will become disabled until there has been a change to the filtered options above.
3.4. AROC Data Display Grid
The final area is the data display grid, this shows the results of the requested data. Sample counts are broken down as follows:
- Food Category
Shown on the vertical axis, at the left hand side of the grid.
- Test category
The horizontal axis, at the top of the grid.
The detail of the report shows the number of tests where analysis results were provided. For each Food/Test category, we show two totals:
The number of results returned.
The number of tests that failed under the criteria defined for the AROC report.
