Sample List

The Sample List report returns all samples available to the current user.

Filtering Data

Because large volumes of data may be available, the report offers server-side filtering to control what is returned from the UKFSS server. Data displayed in the view can then be filtered further locally.

To access the server-side filters, click the Filter button.

Date Range

Select a start and end date, or choose from the presets on the left of the date range selector.

Authority/Group

If you have access to more than one group of data, select the group to filter on here.

Sample Status

Filter by the current status of the sample. You can select one or multiple statuses — selected options are highlighted. When no options are highlighted, samples with any status are returned.

Grid Filtering

Local filters can be applied from the filter panel on the right side of the grid. Filters can be applied to any column and the grid layout can also be customised — see Portal Features.

Sample Details

To view the full details of a sample, click Details in the pinned column for that row. The detail view opens in a new browser tab, with the tab labelled with the premises name.

• Tests/Results

• Premises

• Reason Taken

• Description

• Packaging

• Durability

• Compliance

• Additional Information
