Sample Detail (Animal Feed)#

The Animal Feed Sample Detail view shows the full record for an individual animal feed sample. It opens in a new browser tab when you click Details from the Sample List (Animal Feed) or Sample Management (Animal Feed) views.

Animal Feed Sample Detail

The top of the page shows key summary information:

  • Analysis Type

  • Sample Code

  • Date Taken

  • Local Authority

  • Office

  • Authority Sample Reference

  • Sampling Officer

Tabs#

Navigate between sections using the tabs at the top of the page. The structure is the same as the food Sample Detail, with feed-specific descriptions in place of food details:

  • Premises — address, type, and liaison officer

  • Analysis — test parameters and methods

  • Tests/Results — grid of all test results for the sample

  • Reason Taken — recorded reason for sampling

  • Description — feed description details

  • Packaging — package size and type

  • Durability — expiry information

  • Compliance — regulatory compliance information

  • Additional Information — any other notes
