Sample Detail#

The Sample Detail view shows the full record for an individual sample. It opens in a new browser tab when you click Details from the Sample List or Sample Management views. The tab is labelled with the premises name.

  • Analysis Type

  • Sample Code

  • Date Taken

  • Local Authority

  • Office

  • Authority Sample Reference

  • Sampling Officer

Tabs#

Navigate between sections using the tabs at the top of the page.

Premises#

The address and type of the premises where the sample was taken, and the local liaison officer.

Analysis#

Test parameters and analysis methods used for this sample.

Tests/Results#

A grid showing all test results for the sample.

Reason Taken#

The recorded reason for taking this sample.

Description#

Food description details.

Packaging#

Package size and type information.
