The UKFSS Reporting Portal navigation adapts based on your access level. The top menu bar is always visible.

UKFSS — Click to return to the home page at any time.

Logout — Logs you out and returns you to the login page.

The central menu provides access to all portal features, grouped by function. The structure varies depending on whether you have Food Surveillance or Animal Feed access.

Food Surveillance Menu#

Overview#

AROC Report — Annual Return of Official Controls. Used by Northern Ireland to report food surveillance sampling data to the EU under retained EU food safety legislation. May also be of interest to other authorities.
Sample Overview — Summary of sample activity across food categories.
Contaminants Report — Survey-based contaminants data.

Reporting#

Sample List — Browse and search all samples available to you.
Sample Test List — View test and result data for samples.
Performance Monitoring — Local authority performance metrics.
Premises Type Analysis — Breakdown of sampling by premises type.

Reference#

Test Determinations — Reference list of available test types and parameters.
Authority List — List of local authorities.
Laboratory List — List of approved testing laboratories.

Management#

Sample Management — Track and update the workflow status of samples.
Sample Entry — Create new samples. (Available to users with Sample Entry permission.)
