Fish – Raw – Ready to Eat

Fish - Raw - Ready to Eat Type is for fish which have not been subjected to a cooking process and are intended for consumption in the raw state. It includes products such as Sushi

Fish – Raw - Pickled Type is for fish which have not been subjected to a cooking process but which have been pickled. It includes products such as rollmop and pickled herring.

Scampi - Coated, Made from Wholetails Type is to be used for products which consist of a single whole tail of scampi which is coated in batter or breadcrumbs. It is not to be used for products which consist of two or more tails or which consist of pieces of scampi flesh or minced scampi.

Scampi - Coated, Made from Pieces Type is to be used for products which consist of two or more whole tails of scampi or of discrete pieces of scampi flesh which are formed together and then coated in batter or breadcrumbs. It is not to be used for products which contain any minced scampi.

Scampi - Coated , Made from Mince

Scampi - Coated , Made from Mince Type is to be used for product which consist of minced scampi or pieces of scampi which are so small as to be equivalent to minced scampi. The mince and small pieces are then formed together and coated with batter or breadcrumb.
